1. Introduction of poly glutamic acid powder:
Polyglutamic acid powder is a polymer formed by dehydration condensation of L-glutamic acid and D-glutamic acid. It is a biodegradable polymer material with great potential for development. Its molecule is a straight chain. It contains a large number of amide bonds and free carboxyl groups and has the characteristics of good ductility, flexibility, biocompatibility, adhesion, stability, and water absorption. Because of the large difference in the degree of glutamic acid polymerization in the molecule, the relative molecular mass distribution of γ-polyglutamic acid is wide, ranging from 100,000 to 2 million, and polyglutamic acid with different relative molecular masses. The properties are very different, and the applications are also very different, and the fields involve cosmetics, food, maternal and child products, agriculture, clinical treatment, geological research, and earthquake analysis and prediction.

3. Function & application of poly glutamic acid powder:
Moisturizing ability, inhibition of melanin production, improve skin elasticity and softness, recommended addition amount is 0.05%-0.1%.
3.2 Food application
Increases calcium and mineral absorption, resists oxidation, does not soften, maintains flavor, and increases resistance to melting.
3.3 Agriculture use
