"Vitamin B17" is not a B vitamin (because none of its constituents act as a coenzyme). It is chemically a compound of two sugar molecules, namely benzaldehyde (benzaldehyde) and cyanide (cyanide), called amygdalin; amygdalin is mainly found in bitter apricots, bitter almonds, peaches, nectarines. , loquat, plum, apple, black cherry, and other nuts and leaves, bitter almond skin does not contain amygdalin.

2.Function & Application of Amygdalin：

1. Amygdalin can specifically inhibit the increase of blood sugar caused by alloxan, and the compressive strength of efficacy is related to the concentration of amygdalin in the blood.
2. It also has an anticoagulant effect.
3. It can enhance the specific efficacy of type I collagenase in the metabolism of human renal fibroblasts (KFB), inhibit the appreciation of human renal KFB and the expression of type I collagen, and promote the apoptosis of human renal KFB cells.
4. The effect on the phagocytosis or rDNA activity of hepatocytes in mice, the results show that amygdalin has a prominent promoting effect on its phagocytosis and rDNA activity.
